Meeting to see if there is a match of consultant skills and approach to the needs of the client.
Step 2 : Scope and Alignment Meeting
Meeting to agree on the scope, methodology, process, timeline, participants, and deliverables.
Step 3 : Project Execution
The project will be executed as defined in the scoping and alignment meeting with interim review checkpoints.
Step 4 Project Closure Meeting
Meeting to review the findings and recommendations. Nothing will be a surprise as client will be informed of material findings as they occur.
